By accessing and using RunningAI ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
RunningAI is a personalized running workout application that uses artificial intelligence to create customized training plans. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
User Account
To use RunningAI, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of personal data by RunningAI is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the LGPD where applicable.
By using the App, you acknowledge that we may process data necessary for account creation, authentication, training plan synchronization, progress tracking, customer support, and performance measurement, always in accordance with the purposes set forth in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
RunningAI offers paid subscription plans for access to its premium features. Subscriptions can be purchased directly through mobile app stores (App Store or Google Play) or via our website.
Web-based Subscriptions:
- Payment Processing: Subscriptions purchased through the website may have payments processed by external payment providers, such as Asaas.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For subscriptions purchased via web, users receive an unconditional 7-calendar-day guarantee starting from the date of purchase, during which they may request cancellation and a full refund.
- Cancellations After 7 Days: After the 7-calendar-day period, cancellation prevents future charges and keeps access active until the end of the current billing period, but does not generate automatic refunds for periods already paid, unless required by law.
Subscription Management:
- In-App Management: You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription directly in the app under Settings > Manage subscription.
- Web Redirection: When a subscription has been purchased outside of the App Store or Google Play (via the web), the management button in the app may redirect you to a secure web management page.
- App Stores: Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play continue to be managed directly through the respective store, according to their rules and policies.
Medical Disclaimer
RunningAI provides general fitness and training information. Before starting any training program, you should consult a healthcare professional. The App does not replace professional medical advice or physical education guidance. You assume all risks associated with physical exercise.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by RunningAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
RunningAI and its developers shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the App or participation in training programs generated by the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
